Mumm Napa, Blanc DeBlancs, 2003 Napa Valley Sparkling Wine

Celebrating the renowned Chardonnay grapes that are produced in Napa Valley, Blanc de Blancs has received wide acclaim and numerous gold medals since its release.  It presents wonderful golden delicious apple, pear and lemon notes, with a light accent of rising bread and toasted nuts.  With a small amount of Pinot Gris adding crispness, spice and complexity, this wine underlines the superior quality produced in the Napa Valley.

Cupcake, Chardonnay, 2008 Central Coast, California

This Chardonnay is rich and vibrant with aromas and flavors of apple, pear and mango with a touch of pineapple, and then finishes with creamy rich, vanilla flavors, with a hint of hazelnut that is simply outstanding.

Brazilian Rose

Spark a fire on Valentine’s Day with a Brazilian Rose garnished with a single rose petal.  It’s beautiful.  The drink itself is a lovely display of premium cachaca (cachaca is the Brazilian cousin of rum, such as Leblon) and the exotic fruitiness of guava with a hint of orange.  The Brazilian Rose makes a stunning display for any elegant or romantic occasion and the sweet taste is just as thrilling as the look.
