Non-sterile business meetings our specialty.
Our meeting space is not the same old boring, cold, corporate hotel environment. Our space is warm, elegant, interesting, Colorado, and fresh, with french doors that open to a southern patio and gorgeous trim and faux painting both done by a local craftspeople. The natural light coming through from the landscaped courtyard fills the room and highlights the comfortable surroundings.
Of course we have all the standard amenities or any business meeting: projection equipment, wireless microphones, whiteboards, flipcharts, notepads and comfortable seating. Our friendly catering staff will promtly provide great meals and refreshments just when you are ready for a break from your work.
The unique nature of our lodge allows for many room layout choices and we have the flexibility to host anysize gathering, from small groups in the Carson Room to groups up to 300 in the Holliday Ballroom. The layout options are entirely up to you, conference or classroom style.
When it is time for a break, meeting participants cantake a wander around our landscaped courtyard, or just sit in one of our Adirondack chairs and take in the incredible views of Pike’s Peak and the front range of the Rockies. Of course if needed you can also check your emails using our free WiFi throughout the hotel complex.
We can work with you to arrange the perfect memorable business meeting which can include buffet meals, or dining in Oakley’s Cafe & Bistro, our inhouse restaurant. And for your out of town colleagues, a comfortable room awaits at a reasonable corporate rate. Of course before bed, a quiet drink in the Bistro lounge should not be missed!
