Gary, I wanted to let you know how impressed I am with one of your employees, Reese Rodriguez. My son and his girlfriend stayed in your lodge on a recent trip to Monument. After running into a problem with transportation, Mr. Rodriguez went out of his way to make sure they both got to the airport in time for their trip home. I am forever grateful for how he treated the two of them. You are more than lucky to have such a wonderful manager. I will make it a point to stay at your lodge whenever I travel to Colorado. In fact, my wife and I are planning to make a trip this year.
You all did a great job hosting us last weekend for the USAFA Gymnastics Reunion! The rooms were very comfortable and the group hotel rate was a great value too! The Sat nite banquet was delicious and the room very accomodating for our group. The bar tenders and wait staff did a super job! I was pleasantly surprised at what you’ve done to that old Monument hotel. It is a very unique and cute boutique hotel now! I will definitely stay with you again next time in Colorado Springs.
